Having no knowledge of Jesus or the Bible until the age of seventeen, a radical encounter with Christ at a youth camp changed his life. Now thirteen years later, James has been blessed with a unique perspective. While Christ made it clear that his Gospel is for everyone, there are few that can truly understand and speak from the viewpoint of the churched and unchurched, teen and adult, layman and minister. 

After more than a decade in full-time ministry, Coffey still identifies with youth and what they go through on a personal and intimate level, allowing him to speak to them with an authenticity and sincerity that they respond to.
